Amadeus is a multi-award winning venue caterer, operating at various venues including its home sites the NEC, ICC, Arena Birmingham and Genting Arena and at Regional venues including Library of Birmingham. We currently have an exciting opening for a Team Leader to join our existing team who is an ambitious individual driven by 100% customer satisfaction.
As a Team Leader reporting to the Cafe Manager your primary responsibilities are for the smooth running of all aspects of the catering services. You will be responsible for delivering excellent standards of customer service and high standards of presentation and food quality. We are looking for a Team Leader to help drive performance and excellence. Your duties will cover the following:
The role will require energy, confidence, problem solving skills and some previous supervisory experience. In return you will receive training, great opportunities to progress and get to work with people who enjoy what they do and offer great and fast service to all their customers.
We are looking for someone who has previous supervisory experience in a related industry such as Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, Contract Catering, Hotels, Leisure or Food, Retail preferred but not essential. However, experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment is essential. You must have a flexible approach to work in a 7 day a week operation- hours can vary each week depending on the nature and volume of the business.
